Behaviour change (S&T Report) Baroness Neuberger moved that the Grand Committee takes note of the Report of the Science and Technology Committee on Behaviour Change (2nd Report, Session 2010–12, HL Paper 179). After debate, the motion was agreed to.

Financial transaction tax (EUC Report) Lord Harrison moved that the Grand Committee takes note of the Report of the European Union Committee on Towards a Financial Transaction Tax? (29th Report, Session 2010–12, HL Paper 287). After debate, the motion was agreed to.
