1 Lord Trees Alexander John Trees, Esquire, having been created Baron Trees, of The Ross in Perth and Kinross, for life by Letters Patent dated 3 July 2012, was introduced between Lord Soulsby of Swaffham Prior and Lord Owen, made and subscribed the solemn affirmation and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct. (See Appendix)

2 House of Lords Resource Accounts 2011–2012 The Resource Accounts for the year 2011–2012 were laid before the House and ordered to be printed. (HL Paper 35)

3 City of London (Various Powers) Bill [HL] The Chairman of Committees informed the House that, in accordance with Private Business Standing Order 150B (Revival of Bills), the bill had been deposited in the Office of the Clerk of the Parliaments together with the declaration of the agent. The bill was presented and read a first time. It was then deemed to have been read a second time and reported from the Unopposed Bill Committee.

4 London Local Authorities and Transport for London (No. 2) Bill [HL] A message was brought from the Commons that they have made the following order:

That the promoters of the London Local Authorities and Transport for London (No. 2) Bill [HL], which was originally introduced in this House in Session 2007–08 on 22 January 2008, should have leave to proceed with the Bill in the current Session according to the provisions of Private Business Standing Order 188B (Revival of bills).
