2 National Health Service: health workers A question was asked by Lord Crisp and answered by Earl Howe.

3 Credit unions A question was asked by Lord Kennedy of Southwark and answered by Lord Freud.

4 Police: working conditions A question was asked by Baroness Quin and answered by Lord Henley.

5 Late Night Levy (Application and Administration) Regulations 2012 Lord Henley moved that the draft Regulations be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

6 Wales: devolution (Balloted debate) Baroness Randerson moved that this House takes note of the progress being made by the Commission on Devolution in Wales chaired by Paul Silk. After debate, the motion was agreed to.

7 UK Border Agency (Balloted debate) Lord Avebury moved that this House takes note of the role and performance of the UK Border Agency. After debate, the motion was agreed to.

8 European Union: drugs strategy (EUC Report) Lord Hannay of Chiswick moved that this House takes note of the Report of the European Union Committee on The EU Drugs Strategy (26th Report, Session 2010–12, HL Paper 270). After debate, the motion was agreed to.

9 British Council: funding A question was asked by Lord Bach and, after debate, answered by Lord Howell of Guildford.
