6 London Local Authorities and Transport for London (No. 2) Bill [HL] The Chairman of Committees moved that the Commons message of 12 July be now considered; and that the promoters of the London Local Authorities and Transport for London (No. 2) Bill [HL], which was originally introduced in this House in Session 2008–09 on 22 January 2008, should have leave to proceed with the Bill in the current Session according to the provisions of Private Business Standing Order 150B (Revival of bills). The motion was agreed to and a message was sent to the Commons.

The Chairman of Committees informed the House that, pursuant to Private Business Standing Order 150B (Revival of Bills), the bill had been deposited in the Office of the Clerk of the Parliaments together with the declaration of the agent. The bill was presented, read a first time, passed though all its remaining stages pro forma and sent to the Commons.

7 City of London (Various Powers) Bill [HL] The bill was read a third time. Amendments were agreed to. Then the bill was passed and sent to the Commons.

8 Designation of Features (Appeals) (England) Regulations 2012 Lord De Mauley, on behalf of Lord Taylor of Holbeach, moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 11 June be approved. The motion was agreed to.

9 Public Bodies (Abolition of Environment Protection Advisory Committees) Order 2012 Lord De Mauley, on behalf of Lord Taylor of Holbeach, moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 21 May be approved. The motion was agreed to.

10 Public Bodies (Abolition of Regional and Local Fisheries Advisory Committees) Order 2012 Lord De Mauley, on behalf of Lord Taylor of Holbeach, moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 21 May be approved. The motion was agreed to.

11 Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2012 Lord McNally moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 14 May be approved. The motion was agreed to.

12 Data Protection (Processing of Sensitive Personal Data) Order 2012 Lord McNally moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 14 May be approved. The motion was agreed to.

15 National Minimum Wage (Amendment) Regulations 2012 Lord De Mauley moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 19 June be approved. The motion was agreed to.

16 Community Interest Company (Amendment) Regulations 2012 Lord De Mauley moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 14 June be approved. The motion was agreed to.

17 Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2012 Lord De Mauley moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 25 June be approved. The motion was agreed to.

18 Smoke-free Private Vehicles Bill [HL] The bill was read a third time and passed. The bill was sent to the Commons.

19 Justice and Security Bill [HL] The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 69. Amendments were considered. The House resumed after amendment 74.

21 Court of Justice of the European Union Lord Howell of Guildford moved that this House takes note of draft Regulation 2011/0901A (COD) of the European Parliament and of the Council (amending the Protocol on the Statute of the Court of Justice of the European Union and Annex 1 thereto) and draft Regulation 2011/0902 (COD) (relating to temporary Judges of the European Union Civil Service Tribunal) and, in accordance with section 10 of the European Union Act 2011, approves Her Majesty’s Government’s intention to support the adoption of draft Regulations 2011/0901A (COD) and 2011/0902 (COD) of the European Parliament and of the Council. After debate, the motion was agreed to.

22 Justice and Security Bill [HL] The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 74A. Amendments were considered. The House resumed and the bill was reported without amendment.
