1 Barony of Russell of Liverpool in the Peerage of the United Kingdom The Clerk of the Parliaments was directed to enter the Lord Russell of Liverpool on the register of hereditary peers maintained under Standing Order 10(5).

2 Deaths of Lords The Lord Speaker informed the House that the following members of the House had died:

13 Local Government Finance Bill Baroness Hanham moved that the amendments for the Report stage be marshalled and considered in the following order:

14 Financial Services Bill After debate, the bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 147JA. Amendments were agreed to. The House resumed after clause 25, as amended, was agreed to.

The Grand Committee reported that it had considered the draft Regulations.

16 National Health Service: mental health services A question was asked by Lord Alderdice and, after debate, answered by Earl Howe.
