7 Justice and Security Bill [HL] Lord Wallace of Tankerness moved that the amendments for the Report stage be marshalled and considered in the following order:

After debate, the motion was agreed to.
8 Defamation Bill Lord McNally moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Grand Committee.
