7 Statute Law (Repeals) Bill [HL] Lord McNally presented a bill to promote the reform of the statute law by the repeal, in accordance with recommendations of the Law Commission and the Scottish Law Commission, of certain enactments which (except in so far as their effect is preserved) are no longer of practical utility. 8 Small and Medium Sized Enterprises The Chairman of Committees moved that Lord Evans of Watford be appointed a member of the Select Committee in place of Lord Mitchell, resigned. The motion was agreed to.
9 Jobseeker's Allowance (Sanctions) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 Baroness Stowell of Beeston moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 9 July be approved. The motion was agreed to.
10 Late Night Levy (Application and Administration) Regulations 2012 Baroness Stowell of Beeston moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 4 July be approved. The motion was agreed to.
11 Official Secrets Act 1989 (Prescription) (Amendment) Order 2012 Lord McNally moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.
