Public Business

2 Small and medium-sized enterprises A question was asked by Lord Sharkey and answered by Lord Newby.

3 Alcohol: pricing A question was asked by Baroness Bakewell and answered by Lord Taylor of Holbeach.

4 Nuclear waste A question was asked by Lord Jenkin of Roding and answered by Baroness Verma.

5 Iraq Inquiry A question was asked by Lord Dykes and answered by Lord Strathclyde.

6 Official Secrets Act 1989 (Prescription) (Amendment) Order 2012 Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 2 July be approved. The motion was agreed to.

7 Electoral Registration and Administration Bill The bill was considered in Committee. Amendments were agreed to. The House resumed.

8 Mental Health Act Earl Howe repeated a ministerial statement made in the House of Commons.

9 West Coast Main Line Earl Attlee repeated a ministerial statement made in the House of Commons.

10 Police and Crime Commissioner Elections (Welsh Forms) Order 2012 Lord Taylor of Holbeach moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 15 October be approved. After debate, the motion was agreed to.

11 Electoral Registration and Administration Bill The bill was further considered in Committee beginning with amendment 10. The House resumed after clause 5 was agreed to.
