1 Earldom of Kilmorey and Viscountcy of Newry and Mourne in the Peerage of Ireland The Lord Chancellor reported that Sir Richard Francis Needham had established his succession to the Earldom of Kilmorey and Viscountcy of Newry and Mourne in the Peerage of Ireland.

7 Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (Disclosure and Barring Service Transfer of Functions) Order 2012 Baroness Stowell of Beeston moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

8 Disabled People's Right to Control (Pilot Scheme) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 Baroness Stowell of Beeston moved that the draft Regulations be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

9 Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986 Amendment Regulations 2012 Baroness Stowell of Beeston moved that the draft Regulations be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

10 Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill Lord Marland moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Grand Committee.
