3 Cycling: infrastructure A question was asked by Lord Berkeley and answered by Earl Attlee.
4 United States budget: economic impact A question was asked by Lord Roberts of Conwy and answered by Lord Newby.
5 Armed forces: medical services A question was asked by Lord Trefgarne and answered by Lord Astor of Hever.
6 Banking: regulation A question was asked by Lord Barnett and answered by Lord Newby.
7 Business of the House Lord Strathclyde moved that Standing Order 46 (No two stages of a Bill to be taken on one day) be dispensed with on Tuesday 11 December to enable the Police (Complaints and Conduct) Bill to be taken through its remaining stages on that day; and that Standing Order 46 be dispensed with on Tuesday 18 December to enable the Small Charitable Donations Bill to be taken through its remaining stages on that day. The motion was agreed to.
8 Partnerships (Prosecution) (Scotland) Bill [HL] Lord Wallace of Tankerness moved that the bill be now read a second time. The motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Special Public Bill Committee.
9 Crime and Courts Bill [HL] The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 113. An amendment was agreed to. Amendment 113C was agreed to (see division 1). Amendment 113G was disagreed to (see division 2). The report stage was adjourned.
