11 Crime and Courts Bill [HL] The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 116DA. Amendments were agreed to. Amendment 119 was agreed to (see division). The bill, as amended, was ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 70)

12 Public services: voluntary sector involvement A question was asked by Lord Boateng and, after debate, answered by Lord Wallace of Saltaire.
