7 Banking Standards Lord Strathclyde moved that, notwithstanding the Resolution of this House of 17 July 2012, it be an instruction to the Parliamentary Commission on Banking Standards that it should report on legislative action no later than 19 December 2012. The motion was agreed to.

8 Public Bodies (Abolition of British Shipbuilders) Order 2013 Lord Strathclyde moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

9 Public Bodies (Abolition of the Aircraft and Shipbuilding Industries Arbitration Tribunal) Order 2013 Lord Strathclyde moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.

11 Credit unions (Balloted debate) Lord Kennedy of Southwark moved that this House takes note of the development of credit unions in the United Kingdom. After debate, the motion was agreed to.

12 Personal Independence Payment Lord Freud repeated a ministerial statement made in the House of Commons.

13 Israel: Arab citizens (Balloted debate) The Lord Bishop of Exeter moved that this House takes note of the issues of equality and discrimination affecting Israel's Arab citizens. After debate, the motion was agreed to.
