3 Carers A question was asked by Lord Touhig and answered by Earl Howe.

4 Health: cancer A question was asked by Lord Aberdare and answered by Earl Howe.

5 Prevention of Social Housing Fraud Bill The bill was read a third time and passed.

6 Public Bodies (Abolition of British Shipbuilders) Order 2013 Lord Gardiner of Kimble moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 1 November 2012 be approved. The motion was agreed to.

7 Public Bodies (Abolition of the Aircraft and Shipbuilding Industries Arbitration Tribunal) Order 2013 Lord Gardiner of Kimble moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 1 November 2012 be approved. The motion was agreed to.

8 Electoral Registration and Administration Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 25. Amendment 28A was agreed to (see division). Amendments were agreed to. The House resumed.
