The following Report from the Select Committee was made and ordered to be printed:

Public Business

2 Scrap Metal Dealers Bill The bill was considered in Committee. Amendment 1 was disagreed to (see division). The House resumed and the bill was reported without amendment.

3 Prisons (Property) Bill Lord Ramsbotham moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.

4 Marine Navigation (No. 2) Bill Baroness Wilcox moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.

5 Mental Health (Discrimination) (No. 2) Bill Lord Stevenson of Coddenham moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.
