7 Hereditary Peers' By-election The Clerk of the Parliaments informed the House that Viscount Ridley had been elected in accordance with the provisions of Standing Order 10 (Hereditary peers: by-elections) to fill the vacancy created by the death of Earl Ferrers among the peers excepted from section 1 of the House of Lords Act 1999.

8 Charging Orders (Orders for Sale: Financial Thresholds) Regulations 2012 Lord McNally moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 26 November 2012 be approved. The motion was agreed to.

9 Prisons (Property) Bill The order of commitment was discharged.

10 Growth and Infrastructure Bill The bill was further considered in Committee, beginning with amendment 81D. The House resumed and the bill was reported with amendments. The bill, as amended, was ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 85)

Enterprise Act 2002 (Part 8 Domestic Infringements) Order 2013 Lord Popat moved that the Grand Committee do consider the draft Enterprise Act 2002 (Part 8 Domestic Infringements) Order 2013. After debate, the motion was agreed to.
