1 Barony of Fisher in the Peerage of the United Kingdom The Petition of Patrick Vavasseur Fisher claiming to have succeeded to the Barony of Fisher in the Peerage of the United Kingdom and praying that the Clerk of the Parliaments might be directed to enter the petitioner as Lord Fisher on the register of hereditary peers maintained under Standing Order 10(5) was presented and referred to the Lord Chancellor for a report to the House pursuant to Standing Order 11.

8 European Union (Approvals) Bill [HL] The bill was returned from the Commons agreed to.
9 Hertfordshire County Council (Filming on Highways) Bill [HL] The bill was read a second time and committed to an Unopposed Bill Committee.
10 Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 (Designation of Participating Countries) (England, Wales and Northern Ireland) Order 2013 Baroness Stowell of Beeston moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 8 January be approved. The motion was agreed to.
11 Scrap Metal Dealers Bill The bill was read a third time and passed.
12 Public Service Pensions Bill The report was received. Amendment 1 was agreed to (see division). Amendments were agreed to. The bill, as amended, was ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 86)
13 Police integrity Lord Taylor of Holbeach repeated a ministerial statement made in the House of Commons.
14 Crime: women's safety A question was asked by Lord Desai and, after debate, answered by Lord Taylor of Holbeach.
