3 National Health Service: Healthcare UK A question was asked by Baroness Gardner of Parkes and answered by Earl Howe.
4 Media: press regulation A question was asked by Lord Fowler and answered by Lord Gardiner of Kimble.
5 Horsemeat and food fraud Lord De Mauley repeated as a ministerial statement the answer given to an Urgent Question in the House of Commons.
6 Deputy Chairmen of Committees The Chairman of Committees moved that Lord Bates be appointed to the panel of members to act as Deputy Chairmen of Committees for this session. The motion was agreed to.
7 Growth and Infrastructure Bill Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon, on behalf of Baroness Hanham, moved that the amendments for the Report stage be marshalled and considered in the following order:

The motion was agreed to.
8 Scotland Act 2012 (Consequential Provisions) Order 2013 Lord Wallace of Tankerness moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 10 January be approved. The motion was agreed to.
9 Succession to the Crown Bill Lord Wallace of Tankerness signified the Queen's consent. Then Lord Wallace of Tankerness moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.
