1 The Lord Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Portal Lord Archbishop of Canterbury was introduced between the Lord Archbishop of York and the Lord Bishop of London, took and subscribed the oath and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.

15 Public Service Pensions Bill The bill was read a third time. Amendments were agreed to. Then the bill was passed and returned to the Commons with amendments.
