6 Groceries Code Adjudicator Bill [HL] The bill was returned from the Commons agreed to with amendments. It was ordered that the Commons amendments be printed. (HL Bill 87)

7 Groceries Code Adjudicator Bill [HL] The Explanatory Notes on the Commons amendments were ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 87–EN)

8 Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills The Chairman of Committees moved that, in accordance with Private Business Standing Order 69 (Appointment of Examiners of Private Bills), Ms Christine Salmon Percival and Mr Peter Milledge be appointed Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills in place of Mrs Katherine Lawrence and Mr Allan Roberts. The motion was agreed to.

9 Procedure The Chairman of Committees moved that the 4th Report from the Select Committee (HL Paper 117) be agreed to. The motion was agreed to.

10 Partnerships (Prosecution) (Scotland) Bill [HL] The bill was read a third time and passed and sent to the Commons.

11 Antarctic Bill The order of commitment was discharged.

12 Growth and Infrastructure Bill The report was received. Amendments were agreed to. Amendments 18 and 22 were disagreed to (see divisions 1 and 2). The report stage was adjourned after amendment 35.
