1 Lordship of Napier in the Peerage of Scotland and Barony of Ettrick in the Peerage of the United Kingdom The Lord Chancellor reported that Sir Francis David Charles Napier had established his succession to the Lordship of Napier in the Peerage of Scotland and the Barony of Ettrick in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. The Clerk of the Parliaments was accordingly directed to enter Lord Napier and Ettrick on the register of hereditary peers maintained under Standing Order 10(5).

11 Financial Services Act 2012 (Mutual Societies) Order 2013 Lord Newby moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 28 January be approved. The motion was agreed to.

12 Charities (Incorporated Church Building Society) (England and Wales) Order 2013 Lord Wallace of Saltaire moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 22 January be approved. The motion was agreed to.

13 Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill After debate, the report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 70A. Amendments were agreed to. Amendments 71 and 73 were agreed to (see divisions 1 and 2). Amendment 75 was disagreed to (see division 3). The report stage was adjourned after amendment 80.
