14 Antarctic Bill The bill was read a third time and passed.

15 Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 80A. Amendments 80A and 81A were agreed to (see divisions 1 and 2). Amendment 83A was disagreed to (see division 3). The report stage was adjourned.
