8 Automatic Enrolment (Earnings Trigger and Qualifying Earnings Band) Order 2013 Lord Newby moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 30 January be approved. The motion was agreed to.

9 Growth and Infrastructure Bill The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 35A. Amendments were agreed to. Amendment 39B was disagreed to (see division). The report stage was adjourned.

11 Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (Amendment) Order 2013 Viscount Younger of Leckie moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 24 January be approved. Then Lord Young of Norwood Green moved, as an amendment to the original motion, at end to insert "but that this House regrets that the draft Order will have an adverse impact on employees in a situation which will fundamentally affect their livelihood and future career opportunities". After debate, the amendment was withdrawn. Then the original motion was agreed to.

12 Growth and Infrastructure Bill The report stage was continued, beginning with amendment 46C. Amendments were agreed to. The report stage was adjourned after amendment 49B.
