It was ordered that the House of Lords Business Plan 2013–14, as authorised by the House Committee, be printed. (HL Paper 149)

4 Marine Conservation Areas A question was asked by Lord Eden of Winton and answered by Lord De Mauley.

6 Health: Cancer Drugs Fund A question was asked by Lord Hunt of Kings Heath and answered by Earl Howe.

7 Pesticides: bees A question was asked by Lord Moynihan and answered by Lord De Mauley.

8 Global Green Growth Institute (Legal Capacities) Order 2013 Baroness Northover moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 29 January be approved. The motion was agreed to.

9 Pneumoconiosis etc. (Workers’ Compensation) (Payment of Claims) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 Earl Howe moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 4 February be approved. The motion was agreed to.

10 Mesothelioma Lump Sum Payments (Conditions and Amounts) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 Earl Howe moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 4 February be approved. The motion was agreed to.

11 Succession to the Crown Bill The report was received. Amendments were considered.

12 Groceries Code Adjudicator Bill [HL] The Commons amendments were considered. Commons amendments were agreed to. Amendment 14A as an amendment to Commons amendment 14 was agreed to. The privilege amendment was agreed to and the bill was returned to the Commons with an amendment.

13 HIV/AIDS: Commonwealth countries A question was asked by Lord Black of Brentwood and, after debate, answered by Baroness Northover.
