Private Business
3 Transport for London Bill [HL] The petition against the bill from the West London Line Group (No.1) was withdrawn. The order of commitment to a Select Committee made on 13 December 2011 was discharged and the bill was committed to an Unopposed Bill Committee.

4 Taxation: corporation tax A question was asked by Lord Lexden and answered by Lord Newby.
5 Park homes: county court judgments A question was asked by Lord Graham of Edmonton and answered by Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon.
6 Roads: new and young drivers A question was asked by Baroness Gardner of Parkes and answered by Earl Attlee.
7 Leveson inquiry A question was asked by Baroness Boothroyd and answered by Lord Gardiner of Kimble.
8 Draft Public Bodies (The Office of Fair Trading Transfer of Consumer Advice Scheme Function and Modification of Enforcement Functions) Order 2013 Viscount Younger of Leckie moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 12 December be approved. The motion was agreed to.
9 Business of the House Baroness Anelay of St Johns moved that further consideration on report of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill be postponed until after the debate in the name of Baroness Tonge. After debate, the motion was agreed to.
10 Building Regulations &c. (Amendment) Regulations 2012 Baroness Tonge moved that this House regrets Her Majesty's Government's decision to lay the Building Regulations &c. (Amendment) Regulations 2012 (SI 2012/3119) before Parliament, and in particular their decision to change the provisions on electrical safety in the home, which will be detrimental to public safety. After debate, the motion was withdrawn.
