7 Tax Credits Up-rating, etc. Regulations 2013 Lord Freud moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 7 February be approved. The motion was agreed to.

8 Loss of Tax Credits Regulations 2013 Lord Freud moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 4 February be approved. The motion was agreed to.

9 Official Statistics Order 2013 Lord Wallace of Saltaire moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 14 February be approved. The motion was agreed to.

10 Electoral Registration (Disclosure of Electoral Registers) Regulations 2013 Lord Wallace of Saltaire moved that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 25 February be approved. The motion was agreed to.

12 Welfare Benefits Up-rating Bill The bill was read a third time. An amendment was considered. Then the bill was passed.

13 Crime and Courts Bill [HL] After debate, the Commons Amendments were considered. Amendment 1A as an amendment to Commons amendment 1 was disagreed to (see division 1). Commons amendments were agreed to. Amendments to Commons amendments were agreed to. The bill was returned to the Commons with amendments.

Global health A question was asked by Lord Crisp and, after debate, answered by Baroness Northover.
