Human Rights Remedial Order

The following Remedial Order was laid before the House for approval by resolution under paragraph 2(a) of Schedule 2 to the Human Rights Act 1998 and referred to the Joint Committee on Human Rights:

Draft Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc) Act 2004 (Remedial) Order 2010.

Negative Instruments

The following instruments were laid before the House:

The following papers were laid before the House:

1 Army Pensions (Armed Forces Pension Scheme 1975 and Attributable Benefits Scheme) (Amendment) Warrant 2010, laid under the Pensions and Yeomanry Pay Act 1884.

2 Naval and Marine Pensions (Armed Forces Pension Scheme 1975 and Attributable Benefits Scheme) (Amendment) Order 2010, laid under the Naval and Marine Pay and Pensions Act 1865.

3 Report and Accounts for 2009–10 of the Sir John Soane's Museum, laid under the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000 (Audit of Public Bodies) Order 2003.
