Affirmative Instruments

The following instruments were laid before the House for approval by resolution:

1 Draft Tax Credits Up-rating Regulations 2011, laid under the Tax Credits Act 2002. ()

2 Draft Guardian's Allowance Up-rating Order 2011, laid under the Social Security Administration Act 1992.

3 Draft Guardian's Allowance Up-rating (Northern Ireland) Order 2011, laid under the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992.

Papers not subject to Parliamentary Proceedings

The following papers were laid before the House:

1 Statement by the Secretary of State for Culture, Olympics, Media and Sport on the Appointment of David Barclay, Dr Michael Lynch and Dr Stephen Page as Part-Time Board Members of the British Library, laid under the British Library Act 1972.

2 Annual review of certain tax credits monetary amounts under Section 41 of the Tax Credits Act 2002, laid under that Act.

3 Annual report from the Commissioners for Revenue and Customs to the Treasury on Tax Credits under Section 40 of the Tax Credits Act 2002, laid under that Act.
