1 Draft Local Better Regulation Office (Dissolution and Transfer of Functions, Etc.) Order 2011, laid under the Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions Act 2008.

2 Draft Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (Dissolution) Order 2012, laid under the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005.

The following instruments were laid before the House:

1 Regulated Covered Bonds (Amendment) Regulations 2011, laid under the European Communities Act 1972. (2859)

Paper not subject to Parliamentary Proceedings

The following paper was laid before the House:

Tenth Report of the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration on how the Rural Payments Agency handled claims to the Single Payment Scheme in 2005 and 2006, laid under the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967.
