Affirmative Instruments

The following instruments were laid before the House for approval by resolution:

1 Draft Statutory Auditors (Amendment of Companies Act 2006 and Delegation of Functions etc.) Order 2012, laid under the European Communities Act 1972.

2 (1) Draft Police and Crime Commissioner Elections (Functions of Returning Officers) Regulations 2012. (2) Draft Police and Crime Commissioner Elections Order 2012. laid under the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011.

3 Draft Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Determination of Turnover for Monetary Penalties) Order 2012, laid under the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009.
