Affirmative Instrument

The following instrument was laid before the House for approval by resolution:

Draft Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment) Regulations 2012, laid under the European Communities Act 1972.

Papers not subject to Parliamentary Proceedings

The following papers were laid before the House:

1 Certificate of the Attorney General made in accordance with section 53(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Regulation 18(6) of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, laid under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
